GROUP CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO OFFER 30MINUTE WORKOUTS. THE SCHEDULE GUIDE IS DESIGNED TO CREATE A MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR BODY TONING & LONG TERM HEALTH BENEFITS. THE SCHEDULE WILL ALWAYS OFFER 2 GUARANTEED WORKOUT OPTIONS (class titles, timeslots, trainer are subject to change). SPECIALTY CLASSES, BODY TRANSFORMATIONS, REQUESTED CLASSES & PROGRAMS MUST BE BOOKED BY APPOINTMENT. We understand Each client has different training preference, availability and training needs. Our group classes are designed to accommodate large group functional training, for personal requests or desired results please be sure to book small group or private sessions as our group classes will not be able to honor individual requests.

Enjoy our relaxing playlist following a flow of stretch based movements on your reformer machine. All levels welcome, modifications will be provided if needed.
Reformer Power
Kick up the intensity with our high energy reformer session. Full body sequence to target each muscle group with resistance at your level. All levels welcome.
Reformer advanced
Test your limits with our reformer advanced sessions. Balance, breathing techniques, mobility, strength & flexibility will all be tested during this session.
